Children And Youth Church

CHILDREN AND YOUTH CHURCH FOR YOUR CHILD'S SPIRITUAL GROWTH NEEDS

If you have children, you will want to make sure that the church you attend has a children's ministry.  Children don't learn about God the same way adults do, so they need an anointed ministry aimed at their specific age group.

If you have a baby or toddler, make sure that an adequate nursery is supplied.  It must be supervised by at least one adult.  For young elementary children, a kid or children's church should be established.  For older children in sixth grade through high school there should be classes and programs established targeting each specific age or age group.

DEDICATION:

If you wish to dedicate your baby or children to God in front of your congregation, make sure that the church you choose offers this function. It's usually offered on a regular basis such as once a month or once every few months.

DISCIPLINE:

If you prefer to keep your children with you during the adult church services, teach your children to be respectful and keep them from disrupting the service.  Obedience is learned best at an early age.

You should also enforce whatever rules are present in the children ministry or youth group your child or children are attending.  They should learn to respect their church leaders and fellow Christians.
