Healthy living for healthy skin is a specific part of our lives that should be taken seriously. Not only is it important to feel and look our best, but our appearance and general health can play a significant role in our lives concerning the faith process.

This is why I've created this series
 

Our skin is always aging so with the natural solutions I present, anyone can feel better, be more energetic and have a younger appearance for more confidence and desire to achieve God's best.    

Sometimesour faith doesn't work because we lack the confidence to believe that we're good enough to have what we say. Of course, we are justified in Christ, but if we're not feeling good about ourselves from a health and appearance standpoint, we won't be able to utilize the faith we've developed from within our hearts. 

Health issues or low self-esteem can keep our faith from being released. Therefore, it's sometimes necessary to look to our bodies and our appearances as a potential reason our faith may not be working for us.  When we feel "down in the dumps" we won't even want to go out of the house let alone believe God for a new career or money to get out of debt.    

Now I'm not saying that we all have to look perfect or alike.  All that's necessary is to be thankful for who we are and to feel healthy and attractive. If we look and feel our best, we'll have a new outlook that can help us take what we've developed within our hearts or spirits and be bold in life instead of afraid to take what belongs to us because we feel inferior.  

Inward development is first and foremost, butwithout good health life becomes difficult. And likewise without a clean vibrant appearance we'll feel dumpy and old. "Old" in the sense of feeling that life has past us by and it's too late to live our dreams.

We can overcome that attitude by eating healthy, living a life without substance abuse or anything that will harm our bodies. This even includes second-hand cigarette smoke and drinking liquor which both cause health problems and premature aging. 

However, through healthy living for healthy skin care there are things you can do to reverse the aging process and to change the ravages of living a less than healthy life. The first place to begin is in your eating. I've listed a few eating tips below, but you can visit my

1.  Don't skip any meals
Eating 3 meals with snacks in between is the ideal way to maintain both energy and a healthy weight.  When you skip meals and get hungry, you're morethan likely to choose foods that aren't very good for you.  You'll also end up gaining more weight. 


2.  Learn about how to prepare foods 
Instead of deep frying, try grilling, stir frying, microwaving, baking, and even boiling.  You should also try fresh or even dried herbs and spices to add flavor to your food.  Before you eat any type of meat, be sure to trim the fat and skin off of it.

3.  Avoid a lot of sugar
Drinks that contain sugar are a major source of empty energy.  What this means, is that the drinks contain a lot of energy that your body maynot need, and it doesn't contain any vitamins or minerals.  If you plan to drink sugary drinks, don't go overboard - limit yourself to 1 a day.


4. Avoid thinking about diets
There are no good foods or bad foods.  All food can be a part of a healthy diet, when eaten in moderation.  It's a myth that you need to buy low carb, fat free, or even diet foods, as these foods normally have lots of other added ingredients to replace the carbohydrates or fat.
