Are The Prices In Your Area Rising or Declining? I'm a first time buyer and am looking for lower priced homes in the Riverside area.

Thank you for your question. Over the last few months the prices here for the homes valued between $100,000 to $250,000 have steadily risen due to the rapid number of buyers.

There are usually multiple offers on properties that my buyers make offers on. In order to get an offer accepted we have to offer more than the asking price.

Bidding wars always drive up the value of the properties, but they are not currently rising as fast as they were a few years ago. Therefore there are still many one and two level family homes still available at affordable prices.
