If you’re not experiencing excitement, passion, and promotion in your work, it’s time you seek God for guidance.
He’ll show you the way, even if you’re in debt with little money. In fact this is the perfect time to seek your calling. As you look to God for financial growth and increase, He’ll lead you to the work where you’ll have the most success and fulfillment. All He requires is that you trust Him to lead you in the right direction by faith. Everything else in your life will fall into place because God will give you more than just money and a job – He’ll lead you to the unique work that is yours alone and will bless you with success in that work and in all you do. This is how God’s financial plan works!
You can discover your wealthy living career or special ministry calling by the prayer of “consecration and dedication.” Once you think you know what you were meant to do, you move toward it by whatever means is required.
So if you’re called into the ministry, take steps in that direction. If you’re led to a specific job or business, seek that specific direction. The seeking is the first step of the process.
You may find that you're already established in the direction you were given because it will probably flow within your talents or abilities, however, that isn't always the case.
Also, one can be called into the ministry of "helps" in a local church while working a job or business, using his or her talents as a layperson and in a ministry. If we have children, we should take care of those children without putting all of ourselves into our career and wait for the fullness of it as they grow. God will give you insight of your special work in steps. Don't walk in it immediately as you receive it, make sure you’re ready by using the prayer of "consecration and dedication." God will direct you in His perfect timing as some of what you hear will be for the future.
Most Christians are called to serve God outside the church through careers, businesses, and organizations, but no matter where God's wealth plan fits into your life, He'll lead you from one step to another, guiding you into the best preparation for advancement.
If you rush into what you hear, you may take the wrong direction or allow the thought of making more money rush you. Keep your present job while you get a clear picture of your special work, and claim whatever money you need. Work God’s plan for your life, not your plan. You can’t see ahead the way God can. He’ll work everything out for you to obtain your wealthy living career choice or ministry calling.
Should you get on the wrong path, let God lead you back. Mistakes can be easily noticed by an inward leading that things aren’t right or an outward sign of the wrong people involved in your business and or personal life. God’s financial plan makes you sensitive to what success is and isn’t and who can be trusted and who can't.
If you need someone to pray with you, find a trusted person you know or from your church who knows how to pray for your situation. However, Step Three will give you the tools you need to pray successfully.

God can heal your finances with or without professional management, it’s all up to your level of faith. God will abundantly bless you financially where you are in your work and or training/education at this moment and give you the ability to advance no matter what your age, background, or worldly status in life. God doesn't see you the way the world does, He sees you through His Son Jesus Christ with the eyes of all possibility. So you need to establish a relationship with Him as your Heavenly Father who loves you and has your best interest at heart. It will make the discovery of your career difficult to determine if you don't know how to communicate and listen to God.
A good way to begin is to take the time to be at peace and quiet. Find a place where you can be alone and clear your mind either sitting or laying down.
If you have the time, take a short vacation or retreat to a quiet place like the mountains. It may take practice, but in time you’ll learn to hear Him guide, encourage, and strengthen you. For more understanding of how to do this, click here:
