Wealthy Living Daily Devotion

God's Road Map For Success 

Each day should be a time of devotion to all that is good within us, around us, and within others.  While we should give a small part of our day to a particular devotion, our whole day and night should be spent devoted to what Philippians 4:8 tells to center our thoughts upon.

If we make comments that imply having a lack of anything or we feel sorry for ourselves because things aren't going the way we want them to, we are expressing words and thoughts contrary to New Testament thinking. 

However, if we devote ourselves to thinking God's thoughts we can experience abundance.  There is no room for pity when Philippians tells us how to have what we say through thankfulness and thinking the right thoughts.    Most assuredly we experience failure because we haven't been taught how to avoid it.

If God has given us a list of productive thoughts to win against all the battles in life, and that will also give us wisdom to stand above the mediocre thoughts of the world, then why are many Christians settling for so little?

Instead of suffering, all we need to do is follow God's road map for success.  I'll break it down for clarity.

Here it is paraphrased from Philippians 4:8.

Paul exhorts us to think upon whatsoever things are:

• true
• honest
• just 
• pure
• lovely
• good report
• virtuous
• worthy of praise

There you have it!  God's road map to your success and destiny!  If you look carefully there is not one word of negativity, selfishness, corruption, or injustice.  

If you align your thoughts to those above through a practice of wealthy living daily devotion to God's thinking, you will inhabit the blessings that are yours and reclaim those which you have lost.

So the next time you start to say something to the effect of, "I don't have enough money, I'm broke,"  be devoted to God's thoughts and immediately switch to, "I believe God has blessed me financially.  All my bills and debts are paid.  Thank you Father God."
