Wealthy Living Mothers in Christ love and nurture their children at each stage of their lives, no matter what and without the need to be their friend, but instead a strong guidance to prepare them for life. She looks at what her childhood missed and insures her children won't live without it, striving to improve the generations of family with a strong bond that weathers time and the difficulties that parent's and children face. She's not perfect, but she knows from where to receive her strength, trusting God to guide her and entrusting her children to Him each day with a prayer they grow into the man or women God meant for them to become while safe and protected. Her love extends beyond her own needs to the care of her children's dreams, learning their enjoyments while helping them overcome what they find difficult or impossible. Gently prodding with encouragement that they can do anything, she guides them into new dimensions knowing the right time to let go, while always keeping a protective eye and hands ready to reach out in love if they fall. Wealthy living mothers in Christ aren't always wise from the start. Sometimes they blunder with selfishness or self indulgent habits that distance them from their children and leave a wedge that must be fixed. But they keep learning, they keep changing and they keep growing. Most important they never stop loving the people who without them would have never been born. If you're a mother who believes you have lost the love of your children, look to God for guidance. Everyone is unique so we need specific wisdom for whichever child we need to reach. God will show you the way. And don't tread with fear. All children want to be loved by their parent's but after difficult situations they are just afraid to trust. Be ready to prove your love, but never compromise it either. Stand with God's strength to put His best love forth with total forgiveness and you will never go wrong. See 11 Corinthians 13 to understand God's love. No matter how destructive a relationship you've had with your children, there is one fact that will always be true. Love conquers all. Here is a Wealthy Mother's Day Poem A Mother's Love As we sit on the worn park bench, I cuddle my child and feel so rich. I am thankful for sharing our secrets on this old bench. She turns to me asking how we grow up not to be afraid of the storms. I whisper softly in her ear, "You are not afraid because you know that we are near." I lean down to give her a kiss, then she runs away, saying "Ha-ha Momma, you missed." I laugh gently out loud, looking to the skies for any dark clouds.
