A Wealthy Mindset Is God’s Good, Pleasing, And Perfect Will
Romans 12:2
Wealthy mindset scripture: Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will (NIV).
The next step for creating a wealthy lifestyle God’s way is to transform your mind with successful thinking based upon Biblical scritpure. If there’s one lesson I’ve learned in life, it’s that nothing worth having comes to us without some kind of action on our part. So if we need an adjustment in our thinking (which ultimately leads to our behavior) it’s worth taking the time to do it.
God's Words are life, filled with His strength and ability if you allow them by faith to change your circumstances.
James 1: 7-8 states that we must ask God for what we need with unwavering faith and not be double-minded because that causes us to be unstable in all our ways.
This principle is at the core of success or failure when it comes to whatever we ask of God and that includes our living the wealthy, healthy, and prosperous lifestyle we’re promised in Matthew 6:25-34.
Just because one is considered intelligent, educated, and highly skilled in a specific career doesn’t guarantee success. However the correct approach to success will. Having a wealthy mindset will keep the well-rounded picture of all our blessings before us no matter what difficulties we face, keeping us in a state of constant thankfulness and peace.
It will also cause us to keep a strong vision of what it is we are waiting to be manifested in our lives after we have made a request to God through prayer.
So when looking to God’s financial plan to help us create Kingdom living, we need to clearly understand the concept of it with a single-minded approach. Simply put, we’re told to seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness and all, not some, but all of our needs will be met. He also says that He will provide for us greater than even Solomon in all his glory!
We should take these verses to heart by focusing upon this simple principle of Kingdom living. When negative thoughts come to mind, they should immediately be replaced with God's promises of success, prosperity, and abundance. This will deepen and secure a wealthy mindset to remain strong during times that appear difficult. It will also give clarity to make wise decisions (for real life scenarios that will help you keep the right mind-set to operate correctly within God's wealth plan, click on the first link below).
For instance, the unstable mind follows one church doctrine or success concept after another, rather than focusing upon what the Bible says about providing for us abundantly to establish all His blessings in our lives.
Double-minded thinking leads to confusion and chaos because of conflicting ideas or beliefs. The result of an undisciplined mind is disappointment and failure to receive from God or to attain important goals.
Here's a true story that I believe will help get this point across clearly. My husband and I recently prayed with a couple that their home would sell at a certain price. They ended the prayer in the name of Jesus and then said they would keep their thoughts positive with the universe. This obvious contradiction caught me off guard.
Once I regained my mental composure, I was sure going from Jesus Christ to the law of attraction would cause them a problem. Although it paraphrases some scripture, it’s only a small part of Biblical doctrine, not the whole message. It leaves out many vital and important Biblical concepts.
Immediately thereafter, this couple had a flock of buyers at their door. So what did they do? Well, it’s hard to believe, but they raised the price of the house substantially, revoking the prayer by claiming the law of attraction. They felt that since their prayer had attracted the buyers they had asked God for, the law of attraction would give them more money and make them wealthy overnight.
I fully believe that as a result of their double-minded thinking, they didn’t sell their home.
Greed, which is always a destructive force against faith, dominated their emotions and as the days past and their home didn’t sale, they became desperate and impatient. Months have past and although they have recently lowered the price of their home lower than the original price, not one person has made an offer. Where’s their wealth now? It’s only a desperate thought in their minds because they didn’t develop God’s wealthy mindset that would have enabled them to trust Him. They are in the process of lowering the price, yet again.

As you learn to develop a wealthy mindset by faith, it will create God’s success in your life. He is waiting to give you financial abundance not only to prosper you, but to benefit His Kingdom. As you grow your finances you will help others do the same. So your wealth will make others wealthy!
If that last sentence bothered you, you need to develop the mindset of wanting great things to happen to other people. This is part of Kingdom living through God's financial plan. Wanting good for others from your heart will actually bring more of what you want to you.
